The best way to get ahold of Tee Shirt Party is via email. We check every day and reply as soon as humanly possible, prioritizing customer service for existing orders.

We love wholesale orders and will discount for groups and shops who need 15 or more shirts per order. Please contact us for rates.
How to Pay
We accept payment via Paypal, but you don't need a Paypal account to shop! You can use your credit card, checking account or Paypal balance on checkout. If you have any problems, please email us and we'll try to help.
Turnaround Time
We typically ship within 1-3 days, though in the event of a backorder it is sometimes 1-2 weeks. Email us if you need a shirt for a specific date and we'll do whatever we can to make that wish come true.
We use Priority, Express and Air Mail for all packages. In the U.S., shipping time is typically 1-3 days. International mail can take between 1-6 weeks. (it's usually 1-2) If you don't see your international package within 2 weeks of shipment, it is probably a customs or import tax issue. The best way to resolve this is to call your local post office and see if they held your package. International packages that do not arrive after six weeks will be refunded or reshipped, depending on if we still stock the shirt.
You will recieve a shipment notification mail to the email on your Paypal account when we ship. If you didn't get it, please check your spam filter for a message from teeshirtparty@gmail.com and add us to your address book!
Returns
If we made a mistake and sent you something other than what you ordered, simply drop us a line and we'll fix it. Include the name, email and address from your order. End of story.
If you ordered the wrong shirt or need another size, we can still work something out! Simply fill out the return form that came with your order, or download the PDF here and print it out.
The shirts you send back must still be clean, undamaged and unwashed. They will likely be going back into stock for somebody else. Cigarette smoke and perfume counts as damage. We're happy to make a return for free, but you'll need to cover the postage. (We discount it to $3 in U.S./Canada and $7 international, per shirt.)
All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment from our offices! If you're outside the U.S. and are worried about missing this deadline, just drop us a line to let us know you're making a return.
